Arthur Becker is well-known for his information technology, biotechnology, and real estate investments. Mr. Becker has been a private investor in technology and real estate for five years since 2011. Apart from his public investment projects, Mr. Becker has had other major obligations such as; being Vice Chairman and Director of Clearblue Technologies Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Zinio LLC. Arthur Becker has also invested with the JDS Development Group, Ambase Corp., and the Property Markets Group at 111 West 57th Street.
Mr. Becker’s investment at 10 Sullivan Street has proven his worth, not forgetting he is currently in ownership of three 6,500 square-foot townhouses. These townhouses are among others developed by Robert Gladstone’s Madison Equities and Kevin Maloney’s Property Markets Group. According to public records, Mr. Arthur Becker owns 30, 40, and 50 Sullivan Street, one of which he plans to live in. He plans to sell or lease the other two since they have slightly larger backyards, which means they will attract a higher pricing.
